Who we built this demo for.
This demo represents a typical general medical practice: 1 doctor, 2–3 medical assistants, 50+ patients a day, heavy phone load. The fictional "Praxis Dr. Weber" in Frankfurt does general medicine with a focus on chronic-care management.
The typical problem for practices: in the morning the phones never stop, the assistants are under constant stress, patients wait too long on the line. At the same time they're meant to handle anxious or agitated callers with empathy. The demo shows how a voice agent takes over the standard cases without patients feeling brushed off.
