Nothing. 30 minutes by video call or phone. We charge no handling fee, no "audit fee", no hidden costs. Even if it doesn't lead to working together, you pay nothing.
On working days within 24 hours, usually much sooner. At the weekend it may take until Monday. If it's urgent: flag it in the comments of your enquiry and we'll prioritise.
No. It helps if you briefly mention your current website (if you have one) and roughly describe the reason for your enquiry. Everything else comes up in the call. No questionnaire in advance.
Yes. We still give an honest initial assessment — whether something would make sense in 6 months, which questions you should clarify internally, where the ROI lies. No sales pressure.
The standard is video (Google Meet, Zoom or Teams) or phone. For larger projects (from approx. €15k) we're happy to visit in the Wiesbaden/Frankfurt/Mainz area. Travel from 100 km is then included in the quote.
Yes. We're fully bilingual. For SEO and voice projects, though, we recommend that the work runs in the market's main language — because nuances decide.
